Clearly the company thought the sp would go up too.
Not an unrealistic expectation either.
Trouble is when that didn’t happen they had to do a 180 on their plan.which includes getting a farm down on the go.

I think it’s fair to say we are all over waiting.
Unfortunately that’s oil and gas stocks.
Having to do a 180 when the sp didn’t go up on discovery has led to this period of perceived inactivity.
I believe it will be a domino effect once all the ducks are lined up.
Farm dawn is no simple thing and any co coming in will want to have their input into any work program.
Imagine the job of a farm in geo having to look at the data for the 2 wells and all the prospects. That would take months alone. Then there is the farm down negotiations.
Its easy to see where the time goes if you look at it logically.

I personally think that Mutapa being the entity taking gov share and doing the Ppsa might have been done to placate a farm in partner. Just my wild guess. In the absence of a Ppsa they would want to see the gov committed fully. I think that has been put to bed completely Imo.
