Quickthinker is invested in JRV who are about to go under unfortunately. COB is not JRV. COB have government support and are funded for pre-construction. It takes time to build, and it will be about 1 1/2 - 2 years from now before the plant is operational. The market will be different then. COB have a solid partner that seem committed to following through with the project. JRV are in a completely different position, a much risker position. The Cobalt market is really crap at the moment and JRV got the timing completely wrong.
Having said that i have been disappointed in COB management of late. They have been missing timelines. We have seen delays already on pre-construction.
