It begs the question that as we retailers kept faith, despite increasing shock and an ominous silence from the company that anything was wrong, did the CEO choose to get more funds because of any awareness the drop in revenue existed? The optics of him selling before the raising was public already looks bad.
Why didn't the company realize its earnings downgrade had somehow leaked and was causal to the ongoing fall in share price? Once it fell below 16.00 way below the average consensus on no news surely it knew?
Anyway the meeting will be hopefully joining important dots to reassure us.
