I think a lot of misinformation is out there. Searching for "Burkina Faso gold export ban" on Youtube and you don't seem many videos. This one titled as "President Ibrahim Traoré of Burkina Faso Bans Gold Exports: What It Means for the Economy" is actually about banning grains export several years ago. This one, as the top list Is about banning the artisan/semi-machineary mined gold, as the cast described in the video. Nothing to do with commercial miners. And we know Traore tackled on the artisan miners long time ago, not the fvcking "5 minutes ago" and with an exclamation.
Finally, I can't find this narration in a proper press.
