NDA is just a pro-forma legal document. Every company on the asx will have a few in a place at any given time. Has zero commerical significance. In saying that, the company has said multiple times it has been in discussions with BP over the last 5 - 10 years. Who knows what's being discussed.
the main question imo, is what has the latest hiv testing uncovered that wasn't know in 2018? Needs to be something significant or there will be no deal imo.
