TSMC is the first one who has in house ReRAM technology. Samsung has their own too. UMC use Ememory' ReRAM. Taiwan foundry all use EMEMORY's ReRAM, because EMEMORY is Taiwan IP house, too. The total foundry market share of Taiwan is more than 70%. The only opportunity for WBT is Global Foundry 22nm. That is still under verification. Global Foundry market share is around 10%. DBH is the 10th foundry of world who market share below 5%.
