everything about this build up to this has shown incompetance.
No apparant plan prior to the accident (exemplified by takeing 2 days before a drill was brought in.)
THe lack of redundancy (backup) in the ventilation systen.
The door being left open in the safe room allowing methane in.
The robot becoming broken down (why couldnt they waterproof it0
Asking DOC for permission to put in the fibre optic cable (come on you dont ask environment minister for a National emergency you just bulldoze the track)
