it was mentioned yesterday that the board were in a meeting. and now this. what are the reasons behind it ?

are some of those offers from PE now being considered ?

has someone else come to the party offering cash for control ?

is it simply they couldnt even raise the cash at 8c ?

for someone like myself with mainly an options holding it suddenly becomes interesting, as well as the biggest kicking i'll ever take financially.
