On the face of it, today's share price action indicates the 'same old,same old',coto. I.e the closer a company gets to achieving goals, the s.p drops as controlling entities build their positions cheaply in order to maximize their profits when they finally sell. Or do a merger or takeover down the line. This mornings announcement outlining actual production in train, should have sent the share price higher.Certainly, in my view, above the recent peak of .046 cps.One might argue external factors are exerting a negative influence, but the nature of those factors is in fact, bolstering the gold price significantly.
So why the counter intuitive action? I don't believe it to be profit taking. That wouldn't be rational, in my opinion, considering what's in the pipeline for HRZ over the next year or so. If anyone can throw further light on the situation, I'd love to see it .
