Having looked at the SP since the TEVA days, I can see that your one-on-one personalized "very prompt, courteous and informative phone call from a senior executive (M. Schuster) from the US" lead to you losing a lot of money, over a very long period of time.
"Go to the top" so you can get to the bottom.
