Must admit to forgetting even BIG companies have budgets and may be relying on ICE sales to fund their EV future.
The transition is no doubt worse for established legacy compared to Tesla which started from scratch - a clean sheet.
Imagine having to "scratch" everything in the factory to enable brand new and start fresh!
