And if the question is "Below, what price point would I be better with direct shares"? , the answer is $1.38. So ignoring any games by Regal and insiders, then if you believe on balance there is future with prices well above $1.38 then options are best. That being said OPT is a high-risk stock and options in that stock is simply gearing the risk/reward.
