Information collected includes medical actions taken to preserve the life of the infant, whether the infant survived and the status of a surviving infant. The text of this act can be found in the Appendix of this publication. [Minnesota Statutes, sections 145.4131, subdivision 1 and 145.423, subdivisions 1 through 9]
