In reality they will need a capital raise in 6-9 months if they remain cashflow negative.
They have a net cash position of $12M. Burning this cash at a rate of $1.2M per month gives them 10 months max.
They do have an another $5M that they already have borrowed from their financing facility, and a further $5M they can borrow. However these need to be serviced and paid back, so where will the money to do that be in 10 months when the cash pile is completely gone?
