    do these arrangements generally work in favour of the clawback claimer?

    not sure myself how they stand with this one and who will win?

    anybody have had any experience with a clawback agreement?

    any lawyers out there have any opinions?

    if they win it will add a minimum of 5.3 cents to the shareprice!
