IO bouncing between $100US/T and $105US/T.
Seems to get to about $105US/T then drops back to about what it is now before it goes back up a few dollars.
At some point we'll break out of this rut.
The good news is its higher than it was a year ago when it was $88US/T then rose to $132US/T by years end.
