Like mines putting their mine into care and maintenance. When they restart, they have to find, hire, retrain, train etc. Costs them a fortune and is really difficult.
Personally, with assets worth millions, having ppl in your camp who know the ropes so that some there is no major catastrophe with the paper work, is a valuable advantage.
