Mark should tell ECE to change the way of ECE's involvement with GBE if ECE want to have the similar return like its investment in ARU. Take 51% of GBE means the death of share price appreciation, or at huge discount to GBE's full potential.
Take minority share holding at premium, (less than 20%), plus some percentage of Nb project or any other interesting projects (up to 70%) will be win-win to everyone.
