Becuase they can bring the expertise- we bring the resource of which we are well endowed. I'm all for a merger with a chemical giant, put not PLL who have a long capital intensive road ahead of them. If that were to happen I would definitely sell up. it would be the straw. I see zero value for SYA shareholders in this scenario other than significant future dilution.
