My only speculation the buyer is the original shareholder of idsb..is a good buy for them since the sold it for 63mil and now they buying it back at 40mil... further is not easy to sell to other buyer as the equity i idsb is related to so call related to malaysian govt servant so like a national interest of malaysia..selling it will need get the govt approval ? Like getting their license to be renewed...
