    Never a good sign when the CEO leaves during ramp up, but at the same time, running a mine often requires a different skill set to developing one, so a transition is not necessarily a bad thing.
    There's been a few gripes around shareholder communication, but apart from that Paul's done a remarkable job getting ADT to production.
