If I was to look at the cap raise and missed targets objectively. it would suggest now is the time to buy. Sell off for negative sentiment , new management to sort out the deadline ramp up issues and its blue sky? Excellent move raising at 4.15 ? and about to start proper production ? a few announcements and it could turn quickly perhaps? I really am surprised, but won't sell on this event.
