Am with you on this matter. Business news reported that OVT received an INCOMPLETE & NON BINDING OFFER...What a joke...and this so call offer was announced without any due diligence by the company management and it does reflect on our company management skills and professionalise on handling corporate matter. No corporate governace applied on ASX announcement?! I believes. Imo
