Well yeah a bunch of those simply aren't long term. CSL, AUI, DUI and I expect I'll have SHL, SDI, AGL, CDP and VCX for a while but most are dispensable if they get to the top of a range.
50% of stocks on the ASX are unworthy of any investment and another 45% won't outperform a growth index like the NASDAQ over time so for those it comes down to timing. SRG and SXE were multi bags but won't outperform over time imho so I've sold all of one and 60% of the other. A2 was a fantastic stock but there's no point holding once it's fully priced. As for TPG I expect both SOL management and I are simply waiting for some sort of deal with the Fibre. There's also a bunch of duds that didn't work out (and were unlikely to) so I cut my losses.
