It’s not a trial so there’s no discovery.
it’s a very narrow hearing. The whole thing will be what’s a reasonable time.
on the positive side it’s been years. It’s been assessed twice because it’s been sent back once already. That’s a strong position. But on the negative there isn’t a legislated time frame and judges can be a bit pedantic.
there must have been other permits approved ahead of us you would think since we have been here for so long:
that would help as well I would think .
