0x compensation in shares = 0 so I guess unless they perform, their compensation won't be worth much.

I was not against their compensation level in the event their perfomance measured by revenue and landing IP contracts was met. So we wait. I would expect that to occur "tangibly" in Announcements one way or the other by 2026. That would give their partners a runway of about 3 years to evaluate and buy the Akida 2 IP.

And at that point, if they integrate it into products, then upgrades to Akida 3 and beyond should be on the horizon.

2026 if we're still having these conversations about management being overpaid due to not achieving any of the above ,then I'd agree they've been overpaid. I would be surprised if they were still employed or on the BOD if that's the case.
