selling qrn

I am with Bell direct and its the same with them. I have to get the SRN and then fill a form out to get that linked with Bell direct and after all that only then can I sell.
Who needs the greenshoe, when none of the 30 % retail holders can sell this stock. 40 % held by the QLD govt, hence approx 30 % held by institutions, off which the majority are o/s and seem to have a greater liking for this stock and appear to be on the buy side.
