I doubt that! Otherwise, the directors are in breach of all sorts of ASX regulations punishable by prison sentences due to the fact that they recently increased their shareholding (29/5/24) in the company and it would mean that they had access to information not released to the rest of the shareholders.
As for NAIF, the NAIF website clearly states that NAIF will not be the sole risk taker of any investment, so NAIF is totally dependent on BML obtaining project finance via whatever means for i suspect at least 50% of the project whether that comes from banks, offtakes or capex.
