I hope you are wrong as that does not sound like a good idea. if ALK sells Tomie they will lose the profits they need to explore and develop new projects. ALK expects around $500m of positive cashflow from Tomie over the next 5 years.
Selling NMPP may make sense but it will make lot more sense to do JV and retain around 20-25% stake risk-free.
