yes - and in the ann - based on the WAF interpretation that new code will apply to NEW MLs, projects.

and indeed you could interpret a RENEWAL of an existing ML - is a new licence - is where i reckon they are talking about
that i believe will be the main uncertainty, and WAF have effectively said so themselves by saying interpret.
looking to hop in but lets see where this goes - mkt absolutely unforgiving atm
