russia has 18% official interest rates and going higher because they can't contain inflation and their ROUBLE is rubble
the economy is completely devoted to arms and ammo and there is no productivity in that ....though it can still counted towards GDP .....this draws labour from profit making industries and the army also competes for that labour source

Gazprom , russias biggest conpany had a huge loss and russia is robbing their future fund to finance a war they are nowhere near , and can't win !
