    Agree, and I was just musing over an interesting situation, when a company is bankrupt a receiver is appointed to sort out the creditors etc. Victoria is bankrupt maybe we should have a receiver appointed instead of our incompetent government just jacking up another tax to pay for their total mismanagement.
