My understanding is that OCP were very interested and so was Fortescue during the TH but both walked away. Shortly after, Fortescue and OCP announced a joint venture for a green ammonia/hydrogen project in Morrocco. Following that, there were news stories about Twiggy allegedly kissing the Moroccan energy minister in Paris who is also on the board of OCP.
