    Another down ramper that gives no thought to what he posts. Do you really think that the SWF and the Angolan bank haven't already gone over the DFS and MNB's financials?

    Yes all have and all to date have walked

    and construction timelines and possible CAPEX increases along with odds of missing 2025 growing season etc

    Hence no funding to date and an emerging fund is in the picture
