Bigb888 I am the first to admit that I may well use the term retention rate in a sense which may not coincide with the medical definition of same.Similarly pesistency rate and others are not my strong point.However if you are looking for revenue generation- numbers like patients on therapy are an important factor.Using Acadia's own $375000 net revenue per patient estimate 900 patients on therapy for a full year will produce about $338M in revenue. If something like 66 patients are said to be added each month and patients on therapy is not rising much revenue estimates become extremely difficult.I trust I am making some sense here. Kens
