And if the government decide to betray BPH once "AGAIN!" and go down the path of denial forcing legal action from BPH and if we recieve a favourable decision from high court "AGAIN". The government can pay all costs in time delay, all the bills and compensation for the delays also pay for the drilling and exploration!
