two possible explanations in my opinion:

a) the attempted appeal of the Supreme Court judgment has been aborted by Malakia and his cronies. Malakia's counsel was due to submit information to the Chief Justice on Monday 10 AM Namibian time in support of his "notice of irregularity"; AND OR

b) Minister of Mining is about to renew the EPLs for MLS.

I honestly wouldnt be surprised if it was both, given the Minister of Mining may be somewhat reluctant to renew until such time as Malakia & co pull their heads in.

simplesimone, I wouldnt be too worried about a huge capital raising at this point as the company has enough cash to do a large amount of ground work including spot and channel sampling and shallow drilling of the high grade oxide cap.
