On the positive side you can see Posco and PLS is building lithium refinery in Korea to qualify for IRA ... and Albermarle halts the expansion in WA.

Short position on PLS is over 22%??
EU has a long way to go trying to catch up with China...
I would not invest in oil for obvious reason. I am not saying VUL is not a buy at this price (I hold VUL before bought at $2) but share price tells the story
