Is TB howling at the moon again (aka Prayer Time in the asylum)?
Here are some no-brainer predictions:
1) The EI Offer Closing Date will be extended at least once;
2) BMM will abstain (again) and will be further diluted (again);
3) The offer will eventually close materially under-subscribed. My guess: Final acceptances, including any applications for Shortfall Shares, to be in the order of ~30-35% of the new shares on offer.
