Honest question here, but can they actually announce to the market their negotiations with Carrinho? If not I assume they can only announce when Carrinho have signed a purchase order. Carrinho may not be happy with something, or are still working out what volumes they are going to need. It’s not exactly like Lindsay can put a gun to their heads and make them sign something, they can only work as fast as Carrinho are moving.
