I am still of the opinion that eventually TLG will be declared as a Critical Project under CRMA and EU will legislate to make the high Court permit immediately effective and in force. No point in stressing over the SC decision. In fact I think SC has already decided to let that take its course. From what I recall (Gvan had provided a critical project time table on this forum) this is expected to be concluded by December 2024. The SP keeps going South but we have to grin and bear it as we all know TLGs SP will skyrocket soon.
