We will soon find out whether low cost developers like the one you’ve mentioned can attract capital to construct their mine. I tend to think they will ($250m is a tiny capex compared to most new Aus mines which require up to $1bn for capex for a variety of reasons including impurities in the spod in WA).
For the record (again), I am in favour of PLS as a buy at some point, but that point won’t come until a clear bottom occurs in spot prices, and this looks unlikely while companies like PLS and LTR are willing to keep dumping more and more product into China.
