You are not the only international holder that I have declined on that same basis and my ability to cross reference is to keep the integrity of the group intact.

It is also party to do with your attitude towards the s249D organisers and our attempt to do something about the situation.
Plus I simply don't like you because you are just a typical whinger that does nothing proactive but are critical of those that do.
