Little bit bs there... as they can submit votes as proxies via the Investment House Coy's they own and direct.... as they own near 200 Million indirectly- do u really think our votes matter.
Eg. MD cannot vote for himself- yet the others can via their Coy's via another person as proxie.
Does voting down the Oppies of 6.5c think it will change anything...
I requested the Director up it to 10c and double the Oppies. Geoff the MD said it is up to the Director... as Oppies at 6.5c is not a lot more for a speccie.
On the plus side it is always good to know the Directors are very loaded up indirectly on their shares. Some being the Directors of investment house Coy's and owning HUGE chunks. 75 Mil here, 50 mil there... take a good look through the Top 20...you will be very happy to see the Directors put their money where there mouth is...
Come on another signing before the AGM- must not be far away ROCHE... biotech field is definately a slow paced one.
