Yes, and CBMM have a heap of agreements like this across a range of industries. Basically a scattergun to try and find more applications for Nb, since they supply 80-90% of the world market and have a resource life of 200+ years. The commodity price is high, but that's because it's such a shallow market (~100,000 tpa) that it hasn't attracted anyone serious to open mines competing with CBMM who are the lowest cost producer.
I'm an NVX holder, but this doesn't excite me at all.
