It does stand to reason though that it would be something involving connections with old BOD as that is what all the litigations are about. What the tie in is with Piminik I don't know, but looks like it is a winding up proceedings against Akay Holdings. Have no idea why, but usually you only do that if you are owed money. Perhaps there was something "mutually" agreed by both parties in regards to monies coming out of IOU and then Ajay reneged. I have no idea. Could be 100 different reasons. That's why it can do you head in with all these rabbit holes you can go down and never knowing where you are going to come back up.
