Hmm. Not sure on what basis the Directors can say that no superior offer is currently anticipated. Gemcorp has not disclosed their plans to them, as far as I can tell. Gemcorp was able to pocket a $400k fee from the Board and they can still come back. I would suspect that IF they come back with a higher offer, that they will wait until after Lenoil announce that all conditions have been met, at the end of August.
