I have the same question on EYE performance, normally before a significant upward movement of share price you would see FUNDs adding to their substantial holding. So far judging from the conversations here, the buying seem to come from retail holders and not sure where selling comes from. So for last six months looking for changes in substantial shareholding filing which is not showing up yet. Directors has taken up reasonable amount in the last 2 capital raising which is positive. Just patiently waiting now.
