The second tranche of the placement of 11,666,667 shares at $0.018 totalling $210,000 is subject to Shareholder approval to be sought at an upcoming Annual General Meeting anticipated to be in November 2024. This portion has been applied for by the Directors of the Company, bringing their total investment in the Company to $6.83m.
Not too many small cap directors have nearly 7 million of their own coin in the company.
