Please lets get real. As if Twiggy or Gina would ever go to prison for a workplace accident. Again name one Director that has gone to jail or been personally prosecuted over a workplace accident. From memory (and correct me if I am wrong) The Global Financial crisis that was caused by irresponsible companies not one director has ever gone to prison or been personally liable. Have a look at Qantas. Their practice of outsourcing labour was found to be invalid and with the trashing of Qantas's reputation the big penalty was that Joyce walked away with 13million dollars and not 23 million dollars. The truth is that directors ultimately hide behind the corporate veil and unless they are doing something grossly illegal are essentially safe.
